As a ‘Top 10 Owner’ in each of its markets, Accesso is leading the industry shift in a more connective and personal approach to commercial real estate services. Steering away from the traditional owner/operator role, Accesso is positioning itself as a premier provider of upscale, best-in-class tenant services. This monumental shift in thinking, coupled with the corporate-wide emphasis placed on tenant well-being, was aptly timed with the company’s 15 year anniversary and led to a corporate brand refresh, rebranding of its trophy assets across the US, and a nationwide roll-out of the ultimate tenant amenities program – Accesso Club.

 

developing a brand that stands out

Accesso operates in 10 of the largest metropolitan cities in the US with more than $4 billion in assets and manages more than 16 million sf of commercial real estate. With that kind of commercial real estate footprint and a truly unique approach to how it does business, Accesso needed a visual brand identity that stood out among other industry leading CRE companies while representing its unique point of view and strong financial stability.

A new, contemporary logo, corporate identity suite and website was developed drawing inspiration from the circular facade of Accesso’s corporate headquarters itself. What better way to showcase the company’s personal approach to business than to highlight the design details of its home base – which just so happened to be designed by the Company Founder’s mother. It doesn’t get more personal than that!

A corporate video featuring each of the Founding Partners was also produced to further drive home the hands-on approach they take to Accesso’s business operations.

a cutting-edge tenant amenities program

Actions speak louder than words and Accesso delivered on its tenants’ well-being promise with the launch of Accesso Club. This best-in-class (and we’re not just saying that) program allows tenants to utilize the multitude of curated events programming, office amenities, concierege services and local networking connections at home or on the go. Membership is free and certainly has its perks for Accesso’s tenants and business employees.

The program was launched simultaneously with the rebrand and included an independent Accesso Club website, email marketing collateral, environmental graphics and so much more!

We didn’t stop at the corporate rebrand or the launch of Accesso Club! Eleven trophy assets and 25 secondary assets throughout the country were also photographed and rebranded as part of the corporate wide repositioning. Our team also produced video showcases for each of the trophy assets which live on Accesso’s website and each of the individual property sites – allowing potential tenants to see first hand the quality and amenities only Accesso can offer.
