Steering away from the more traditional owner/operator role, it’s positioning itself as a premier provider of upscale, best-in-class tenant services. In 2019, Accesso celebrates 15 years in business with $3 billion in assets and 15 million square feet of commercial office space. With this shift in focus and milestone accomplishment, Accesso engaged infinitee to develop a brand refresh for the corporation to market and rebrand its trophy assets, and assist with rolling out its new portfolio-wide amenities program, Accesso Club.
A new, contemporary logo, corporate identity suite, and website was developed, drawing inspiration from the circle-covered facade of Accesso’s new corporate headquarters – Accesso One. A video was also produced to provide a correlative introduction and snapshot of Accesso.
In correlation with this rebrand, Accesso also launched its portfolio-wide amenities program, Accesso Club. As “an exclusive amenities program offered to Accesso’s clients and business employees”, this new program was introduced through various traditional and digital efforts including a new website, email template, environmental graphics, and so much more.
