The Avison Young Retail Real Estate Services Division was growing fast and ICSC RECon was right around the corner. To compete with other U.S. real estate companies, Avison Young tasked our team to refresh the brand and unveil the new look in Las Vegas.
We set ourselves down a path to create a standard set of marketing materials with consistent branding and messaging. We applied bold colors, compelling imagery and eye-catching content across multiple channels.
Needless to say, Avison Young made a big splash at ICSC RECon 2017. From the booth signage, print ads, capabilities brochure, biographies and more, the new look was well received and represented the growth and progress the division has experienced over the years – especially through the timeline we designed. It really drew people in and spoke for itself.
