Grand Boulevard is a $500 million mixed-use, lifestyle Town Center, anchored by Publix and adjacent to Sacred Heart Hospital, on Florida’s famed Emerald Coast. With plans to exceed 1 million SF upon completion, this unique center boasts 650,000 square feet of existing specialty retail and signature restaurants, 170,000 square feet of existing Class A office space, 509 existing and planned full and select service hotel rooms and suites, and 500 planned luxury residential units.
We maintain and operate Grand Boulevard’s annual marketing budget, strategize solutions and generate new ideas to promote the latest events and drive sales, and produce all of the assets needed from digital to print, onsite and every medium in between. We manage the website, social media profiles, email campaigns and digital advertising, as well as assist with B2B leasing efforts. We coordinate with tenants, media vendors, and local influencers, as well as develop leasing emails, billboards, print ads, onsite signage and window barricades.
One of the more exciting and recent initiatives was dedicated to showcasing the caliber of tenants coming to the Town Center. We developed an entirely new, brand-centric concept with a look and feel focused on stores and products soon to be available at Grand Boulevard. We introduced these new additions through expansive window barricades, a 4-page print ad campaign, photoshoot and more to keep the news fresh, exciting, and to capture shopper attention from local and nearby drive-time market audiences.
