Platinum Tower, a highly visible Class A office building a stone’s throw away from SunTrust Park Stadium recently underwent an aggressive leasing push to generate interest and secure deals to fill 100,000 RSF of the property’s premier office space. As part of the leasing strategy, Platinum Tower was to serve as venue and host for a large-scale Bisnow event and infinitee was engaged to ensure that the marketing suite was “show ready.” Yes, we do that too!

lofty goals require towering concepts

In anticipation of the event and high attendee counts, we knew that we had to go big or go home with the branding and graphics for Platinum Tower. We developed larger than life, 3D environmental graphics highlighting the building’s most attractive attributes to both grab guests’ attention, concisely convey the most unique selling points of the building and to generate increased interest in leasing space. 

The dynamic graphics were “in your face” in the best possible way and made a strong, positive impression about the quality of office lifestyle businesses could expect for their employee base when they lease at Platinum Tower.

Throughout the branding and event preparation, we also repositioned the property with the creation of a new tagline… SEE AND BE SEEN, speaking to the fact that the office tower offered unmatched views of Atlanta and was only minutes from one of the largest attractions in the city – SunTrust Park Stadium.

A drone-based video, digital banner ads and an updated responsive microsite were also developed as part of the branding work. The collective efforts for the event resulted in the largest space being leased within 2 months of the Bisnow event!
