Stafford Properties restructured its organization to streamline its internal process, increase awareness among its investor market, tenants and build-to-suite clients, and update its public image. The “NEW” Stafford wanted to focus on maximizing financial performance focused on value, opportunities, solutions and lasting relationships. That’s where we came in, tasked with revitalizing the image and spreading the word.
After thorough research and a brand audit, we agreed to reposition Stafford nodding to its strong history and focus on the future through every outward facing channel possible.
Our efforts resulted in a new, competitive brand identity relevant to customer needs today with updated brand standards, business cards, brochures and more. We launched a new website that is super user friendly, current in design and speaks directly to prospective clients in a concise way. It’s a big change from where they started to where they are now, and that’s a gap we’re always proud to close.
