The Atlanta Braves partnered with Fuqua Development to lead the retail leasing of The Battery, the highly anticipated retail component of SunTrust Park. Jeff Fuqua came to us for materials that would mirror the caliber of the project itself and we needed to hit a homerun.
We developed a responsive website with an email marketing plan and fresh materials, as well as a creative touchpoint to encourage select prospects to visit The Battery and see the excitement surrounding this unique 400,000 SF opportunity themselves.
The website features captivating illustrations and simple navigation, completely responsive to whichever device brokers choose to use. The brochure design is clean and upscale, calling out all the right messages in anticipation of the most burning questions. And ultimately, the touchpoint consisted of sending luxury luggage filled with project information cleverly positioned as a travel itinerary and city guide book.
