Caliber Living, a student housing management company from Atlanta, was growing with acquisitions and new developments across the southeast. The portfolio upgrades prompted the need for a brand refresh to take the Bellamy look and feel to a new level too.
We set to work developing a brand that would be executed across all of the Bellamy communities. We wanted the brand to stand out to students and position all Bellamy communities as “the” place to be for students call home and carry out their college careers.
We started with a new logo, typeface and icon, recommending the idea to incorporate the school’s colors into each community’s execution and using the location as the positioning line. We leveraged the soon-to-be iconic, lowercase b in resident brochures and marketing collateral that ultimately resulted in A+ work.
